I have recently discovered this wonderful site. This is why I haven't been writing here, if you were wondering...
This is a great place if you are in the grip of a writer's block. There are plenty of artists uploading pictures, and other pieces onto the site for all to see. Writers are also welcome, and we can upload our text for others to comment on. Most of the people I have met on deviantART are very friendly.

Registration is completely free, and premium memberships are not very expensive either. deviantART is also a great way for artists to make some money. If you upload high quality pictures, you are given the option to turn them into prints. Theses can them be bought by other members, and a commission will be paid to the artist.

My portfolio over there isn't very big, but it is growing. You can always check it out.

So if you fancy a break from writing, or just want somewhere to recharge your creative batteries, head over there, and support your fellow artists if you can!
